The creators of San Diego's Romantic Spots share their ideas of the perfect date: Bree Bourassa: "I love trying new things and I love being surprised, so going snorkeling at La Jolla Cove and then finding a nearby exotic restaurant sounds just about perfect to me. Of course, after a while, you run out of new ideas. An old favorite of mine is having a wine and cheese picnic at Sunset Cliffs. Just don't drink too much or venture too far out." Wenjun Jin: "Walking on the beach either under sun rising or sunset; sitting on the top of a mountain or boating in the middle of a lake and sharing a bottle of wine and some chocolate." Jennifer Vaughan: "I think the perfect date to
really see if you are connected to that person, is hiking. Hiking with someone
tests not only your physical strength but also your mental strength. Being
outdoors brings you close by experiencing the wonder and beauty of nature. Being
on a hike with someone special gives you an opportunity to rely on each other
for encouragement, strength, and support, and to see if the person is willing
to go the distance with you." |
