J.
Kate Wells is a Master's student in the San Diego State
University Department of Geography. She graduated with honors from George
Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a B. A. in Geography in 1997. She
also completed a certificate in Geographical Applications from GMU in 2000.
She worked in the AM/FM GIS field for Apex Data Services, Inc. of Herndon,
VA from 1997-2000 as an assistant project coordinator and GIS logistics manager.
Her current interests are digital cartography, web-based GIS, geo-visualization,
and user interface design for geographical applications.
Adrienne
Perry
is also a Master's student in the San Diego State University Department of
Geography. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. degree
in Earth Science and a minor in Geography. Following completion of her degree,
Adrienne accepted a position as a GIS Analyst for the Environmental Protection
Agency. Currently her interests include Spatial Statistics, Medical Geography,
and Geographic Representation in Virtual Reality Environments.
