Abstract:
The 1997 digital orthophotographic quarter quadrangle (DOQQ) is product of United States Geological Survey (USGS). The San Diego Associations of Governments organized the generation of the compressed mosaic using the USGS data. The compressed mosaic is in Mr. Sid format produced by Lizard Tech. The 1997 CIR DOQQ has a 3 foot spatial resolution. The imagery is color-infrared with 8 bit radiometric resolution.
Purpose: To provide high reslution imagery of San Diego County.
Supplemental_Information:
The 1997 DOQQ was converted to ERDAS Imagine ".img" format by the Department of Geography at San Diego State University.
